When it stops, the press and the line stop with it. The asset has a history: three replacements in just over a year, the latest in July 2026, due to leakage. Maintenance needs an early answer to one question: is a new leak or a motor defect developing, before oil reaches the shop floor with the press in production?<\/p><p class=\"cs2-p ns-en-b\">From the current and voltage signals in the electrical panel, Ultronline tracks the rotational components of the whole coupled train, from the motor to the pump. Overnight from August 24 to 25, both rose at once (1x +29%, 2x doubled) and the alarm fired at the same moment. 2Neuron's proprietary AI matched the signature against the kinematics of the train and named both hypotheses without stopping the machine: motor bearing failure and a pump leak.<\/p><p class=\"cs2-p ns-en-b\">On September 22 the plant's inspection confirmed it: the pump was leaking oil through the shaft and there was a problem in the motor. As the seal fails, the pump runs with unbalanced hydraulic load and irregular seal friction, which becomes a torque oscillation on every turn.<\/p><p class=\"ns-en-b\"><strong>Because the motor has to deliver that torque, the oscillation shows up in the electrical current at the rotation frequency.<\/strong> The motor has a different signature, 2x (looseness and misalignment), which rose at the same instant.
